Jaipur in Karlsruhe

That was the worst Indian we ever got dinner from. No sauce, the meat is dry and not tasty. The rice was also very dry and since there was no sauce it just got stuck in the throat. We are guaranteed not to get any more food there After two bites I threw the one on the right in the garbage can because it was inedible

When ordering, state that the food should be delivered in 1 hour and in fact it only comes after almost 2 hours. It was asked several times and it was only said that the driver is about to leave ... We would have just picked it up had we been told from the start that it would take almost 2 hours!

Extremely tasty, the best Indian I've tried so far! The waiters are courteous and not intrusive. The dishes are very tasty and taste really different. We ordered 5 different dishes and each one was seasoned differently! The restaurant is very small and unfortunately there is no possibility to sit outside, so it is highly recommended to make a reservation. There is also a large vegetarian selection, which is a bit difficult for vegans. The tables are covered with a plastic sheet, presumably to make them easy to clean. I actually prefer cloth tablecloths, but given Corona, that doesn't have to be a bad thing. All in all really great! We will be back! Also suitable for a date, the noise level is very low.

The location is nicely furnished - with a real feel-good factor. Price-performance is great. Staff is friendly and courteous. Parking spaces are available. Everything clean and hygienic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mega!

Couldnt give 0 stars..i have read a lot in the reviews here about their inhospitality towards Indian customers..guess what..it happened with us also..when we went there there were only non-indian customers and one table was free. But the person didnt allow us to that table telling that due to Corona distance between tables should be observed whereas all other occupied tables were placed near to each other...may be its run by Indians who doesnt like Indians

I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. Both of us will definitely come back. For my part, I would have preferred to have tasted it first, but then there would have been no place for the great food Clan; ). Really fast and nice service. I think that all the staff there did a harmonious job.

Super delicious food and very friendly service! I give the full 5 stars here, because everyone is really deserved! The food in the Jaipur is very tasty, the portions generous, but not over the top, so pretty perfect. The quality of the food is excellent, everything fresh and flavorful. The service was very friendly and, on request, explained the preparation to us in detail and provided information about the spices. I would definitely like to come back!

I have only been ordering for over 10 (15?) Years. The only thing that could possibly be changed would be the packaging.

I rarely give 5 stars, but here they are appropriate. The restaurant, inconspicuous from the outside, is decorated authentically inside, the portions are sufficient but not excessive, which is also reflected in the price. The best thing I found, however, is that you can get tap water for a small service fee. I always drink a lot and otherwise spend almost as much on drinks as I do on food in restaurants. In addition, there was an extra portion of rice on request that was not shown on the bill. I don't know if we were lucky or if that is included in the service. The waiter was friendly and courteous and, even though we were sitting in a blind spot from the counter, kept asking whether we were satisfied with everything. Last but not least, it tasted wonderful too, of course.

A bit inconspicuous from the outside, but kept very stylish on the inside and yet well captured the Indian mood. The food was really delicious and plentiful, the service was also excellent. Very nice and courteous staff. Been here for the first time today, but it was definitely not the last time ?

Awful. Possibly one of the worst Indians I’ve tried. The quality of food in Karlsruhe in general is awful. The absolute STATE of the onion bhajis. Just awful and not to mention the store bought naan bread. Ugh.

Sehr unfreundlich Kellner und Chef. Mann muss lange warten aber Essen ist okay. I generally don't give reviews but this one deserved it. Biased Service for Indians and foreigners. Being Indian it's such a shame to see that they don't know how to respect their customers. Very unfriendly staff and Money minded owner who doesn't know how to run business. Need to wait too long but food was decent that's why 1 star. I would never recommend such unfriendly place to anyone.

Charges for water is not acceptable for any restaurant and that to 2.70 euros for three glass of water. Need to really look at their customer policy.

Visiting this restaurant was one of the worst experiences in Karlsruhe !! Food was OK, but overpriced. The person who came to take the order was uncourteous and rude with us, but seemed to behave well with the other non-indiands in the hotel. Guess this "Indian" restaurant does not want Indians as their customers !! But why ???!!! I wonder ... Hmmm ...

This doesn’t belong to jaipur, Rajasthan, India!! I been there and noticed if you ask questions about their origins and other things! They feel offended.! Also hospitality was missing.!! I visited them July 2017

Decent Indian food with cozy atmosphere and friendly staff!

I would say this is a 3.5 star Indian restaurant. AMBIANCE 4.5: The ambiance is pleasant and the service very friendly. The menu holds the typical menu items for an Indian restaurant in Karlsruhe, which means that there's sadly nothing original about it. SERVICE 5: Friendly. FOOD 3.5: The food is good tasting, but the flavorful is somewhat germanified. I ordered the lamb tikka, which comes with a Naan and rice included. The taste was good, but I had the feeling it was not made in a real tandoor, rather in a normal grill instead. I cannot verify if this is my own feeling or it is fact. The meat was missing the tandoor smokiness you get from the charcoal and the naan seemed to be flat on one side, which points to backing in an oven. The browning of the bread also led me to believe it was not made in a tandoor oven. All in all it's a nice place to go, but don't expect anything you wouldn't get from other similar Indian restaurants in the city. You would be wise to call ahead to reserve a table.

Very poor hospitality today i visit there with my friend and we sit on the table and waiter came and said stand up this table is reserved but there was not reserved sealed on the table .. so now i said that why he weiter did this with us because we are indians ...
